Hello All,
We are shifting to a new service now instance and we want to keep our instance as well for some time. We want to make the old instance read only. What is the easiest way to do it?

Hi,
what do you mean by making an instance readonly?
Are you saying you don't want set of users from logging into the instance?

Hi Ankoor,
Users can log in to the instance and can only view tha records but they should not be able to create or edit any records.
