How to make attachment efficient on a record producer or catalog item

Hi everyone,

i'm looking out for ways to make the attachment efficient on a catalog item, as people work on lots of document in a day and its hard to search the right document on the system to attach, is there any way we can make the attachment functionality simpler, like drag and drop the already opened attachment or any other way to find and attach document easily?

 As per research and my knowledge,  using following ways attachment make efficient ( Copy and paste with no clicks)

1. Using SN Utils extension- refer below threads for more information. I am using it its' working awesome.

2.  ServiceNow Share Project- You can give a try in your pre-prod instance and test if it serves your purpose.
