How to make end users / snc_internal users see RITMs??

Sometimes, when we send emails for approvals to directors or managers, they end up with the snc_internal role. Despite providing the RITM number appended with a link, they cannot navigate the RITM using the link as they don't have access.

 

Is there any way to enable snc_internal users to view RITMs?

you should check table level READ ACL on RITM and see if you need to give them some extra role

If I do that, they will see all the RITMs, right? They should only see that specific RITM.
