I added the field in case creation form how to make mandatory this field?

You can make a dictionary override for the field to set it to mandatory.

Hi Owais,I had same problem.UI policy didn't work and I couldn't use Dictionary Overwrite.
Only setting field as mandatory in Dictionary Entries solved problem. Best Regards Marcin
