I am currently making a service portal and one of my icon links is for a knowledge base. I have already made a custom knowledge base called Car Issues.
When trying to configure it, the only options for knowledge base pages are along the lines of kb_home, kb_search, kb category, article, or topic. I want to be able to point one level above kb_category to the knowledge base itself, without pointing at kb_home and showing all the different knowledge bases.
Any ideas on how to do this?
Thanks!

Then make icon link point to URL....go to that page in your instance, copy/paste it there and voila....they go to that exact page. No point in making it anymore difficult, lol.

That's because OOB you can only associate 1 KB with the portal...so there's no reason to point somewhere else.
If you want to add another KB, consider reading this thread: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=0ba77c1fdb61d3003882fb651f96...

I did associate the knowledge base with the portal, but the widget still goes to the knowledge base home page which shows the multiple different knowledge bases. I want to immediately link to the one I made called "Car Issues". Not IT support or anything like that. Is that clearer?
