How to make risk assessments questions read-only?

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement, where I need to make risk assessment question read-only, because some of the answers will be selected by default through script. I have made the field read-only on asmt_metric. But the change is not reflecting on assessment page.

I think it is not easily do able , as Risk Assessment is UI page and need to write script on UI page only. Test with UI policy if it work , but i doubt on that as well.
