How to make table headers sticky in CSM portal?

I want to modify my lists page in the CSM portal. I am trying to make the table header sticky so that it is visible as we scroll down. I believe I will need to write a small CSS script, but I am not sure where to write it. Please advise me on where to go and how to solve this issue
