Hi All,
We have just been working on a New Starter Request and I am a little bit stuck on having one Task dictate the others to open after the one chosen task has been completed.
In the picture below I have marked 3 Tasks that can be done simultaneously in this Request because there is no dependency, however once the "Request M365 Licenses" Task is completed/resolved I would like that to trigger all the other (not red underlined) tasks to open.
Is there a way of getting that done? If so how would I go about it?
(Sorry I am still fairly new to ServiceNow, thank you in advance!)

Hello,
You can use a BR that checks the short description and script creating the subsequent tasks, but you may have a much easier time by just using a branch in the workflow and generating all desired tasks after the Request M365 Licenses closure on one branch and the other two parallel tasks on the second branch.
Please mark my answer as correct/helpful if it has helped you.
Thanks,
Logan
