How to make the checklist component visible in the ServiceNow workspace

Hello,

The checklist component is not visible in the workspace as shown in picture 1.

I would like to modify the checklist component to match the appearance shown in this picture

Thank you for your response, it was very helpful. However, I do not have the 'CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace' option available. Do you know how I can add it?

HI @MaramA ,

You don't need  'CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace' , just replicate the steps for your workspace.

Let's try this out.

1. Duplicate the variant checklist default in the checklist subpage of the HR workspace.

2. A screen will be generated as following below, then update the information as highlighted.

3. Screen Collection look like below.
