How to make the HTML text field scrollable also when record is read only?

when document state = closed, should not edit the document anymore, some data is not visible if not scrollable.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

This issue is resolved in Paris release itself, if still doesn;t work, raise a HI support ticket to SN:
