How to hide Incident context menu option "View" from all users other than admin

We would like to hide the "View" context menu option in an incident form from all users other than admin. How do I do that?

Hi Deb,

You need to remove role view_changer from all the roles having it,  so about 7 roles OOTB

(itil,  sn_change_read, agent_admin, etc...).

Hi JP,

Thanks for the suggestion. I checked and in our instance the role view_changer is only contained by 3 roles as shown below. None of those 3 contain the role itil and yet itil users can see the 'View' context menu option. In fact, even non-itil users can see the menu option. 

Any ideas where else I might have to modify?
