How to manage subscription license usage in ServiceNow

Hi Folks,
Do you have any idea to mange subscription-based licenses in ServiceNow? To have clear start date and end date when assign / revoke license asset to users.
- When assign license to user, the state/substate would set 'In use / Assigned', and set the 'Assigned to' with user's name;
- When revoke license from user, the state / substate would set 'In stock / Available', and the 'Assigned to' would be cleared.
Do we have some existed function / module to meet this requirement? Or any suggestion for the customization. Thank you

I'm not sure if I have the correct answer here, but in this case, it would be better to include your ServiceNow account representative and ask them to guide you with the solution, especially since you don't have Discovery or SAM. Manual tracking might be the last option.
