How to map ServiceNow and SharePoint?

Hi Guys,

We are trying to map Service Now and SharePoint. We are using this article: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/kingston-servicenow-platform/page/product/knowledge-management/concept/knowledge-external-content-integration.html

We activated this external content integration plugin and created Basic Auth credentials. We created a new external source type WebDAV System and ran the scheduled job.

The following error appears into the logs: org.apache.jackrabbit.webdav.DavException: FORBIDDEN.

Does anyone manage to map Service Now and SharePoint via this External Content Integration Plugin? If yes, please assist us to do the same.

Thanks in advance!

Hello Plamena,

We are also trying to integrate ServiceNow and sharePoint using external content integration.

While creating the external knowledge source it is asking me to put the Connection alias(mandatory field).

I fail to understand what does it actually mean. can you please explain what is it actually.

Is the an endpoint kind of thing where the records are present and we are fetching the records from there.

It would be of great help if you could assist or if there are any docs related to this which we can refer.
