how to mark high importance in email

We have to send out emails which are of high importance.Is a way to mark those emails as high importance.

Email Notifications - What it will contain
Importance	Set the importance of the email message to low or high.

There is a setting under the "what will it contain" area of the email notifications that allows you to set that notification as high importance.
