Hello,
I have a requirement to allow for ITIL users to be able to manually Approve / Reject an approval record on RITMs. Is there a way to configure an ACL or add a role to the ITIL base role allowing this functionality?

Hi
You no need to configure ACLs to allow an ITIL user to approve or reject approvals.
there are two roles associated with approval action. Please refer the below screenshot.
Based on the functionality of the role you can add either one of the role to do the approval action.
THanks!
Ram.

Hi Ramkumar, just figured this out myself! Appreciate you taking the time to post. Do you happen to know if this requires a license? I believe approval admin requires fulfiller but im unsure.
Thanks!

Hi Chris,
approval_admin requires Fullfiller license and the other approval_user requires an Approver license. You can find these details in the screenshot which I posted.
Thanks!
Ram
