How to modify Service Operations Workspace Overview tab Summary field

Hello, 

I am trying to add some fields to the Change Overview Summary section in the workspace. Where is that information hidden? I need to add additional fields and remove justification from the form.

Found it! In the change record, open the record in the "SOW-Change-Overview" view. Scroll down and locate the Summary tab to make the changes 🙂

Hi,

I am trying to achieve same on Incident overview tab and few of the field I added using the view were visible however I want "Opened" field is not appearing in summary tab.   

 

Does anyone knows why is that?

 

@Kalyani35, Opened field wont show because the field is NULL. The record hasn't been created yet so doesn't have an opened date

in case anyone has the same issue or a similar one with other fields, we have even raised this to Hi but in the end found the root cause on our own. For the field to appear in the Overview tab, it has to be added to "SOW-Change-Overview" (or SOW-Incident-Overview for incidents) but it also has to be present on the Service Operations Workspace view to actually appear in the Overview tab.

 

I have not found this information documented anywhere and it is especially strange as the new SOW configurations includes the configuration of the Overview tab but has no mention that you need to include the fields in the Details tab as well:
