How to Modify the Owned by and Managed by for the Business Service.

Can anyone please help me on this.

you can follow bellow steps to modify

Navigate to 'Business services', use the filter or search to find the specific Business Service you want to modify. Click on the name of the Business Service to open its record.

Find the Owned by field. Click the field to change its value. You can select a different user or group from the list.

Locate the Managed by field. Click the field to select a different user or group.

After making your changes, click the Update button to save your modifications.

Don't have access to modify so is there any way to raise request in employee center . for modification

check with your ServiceNow administrator, he/she will provide you the required access

Hi @sahana1998 ,

All people don't get access to edit business service and applications, For that you need admin access or you need to raise request to edit/ update  that required fields in business service then authorized people will doit like operations team/ Support team.
