How to Modify the Owned by and Managed by for the Business Service.

Can anyone please help me on this.

Hi @sahana1998 

For Modifying business Service Records, you need to go to Business Service Table using Filter navigator ang search with the Required business Service name and edit the required feilds.

Hi @sahana1998,

There are multiple way to edit this given below:

1. If do not have admin acces then raise request to get this modified.

2. If you have admin access then export the record in xml format and edit this to Notepad and search for column name and put the sys_id of user record there for both field as they are reference field. and save. After this, import the record then it will be changed.

3. try to edit by LIST view and check wheter you are able to edit.

4. background script.
