How to modify the tile under my assessments & surveys for requested item surveys

How do I get the catalog item name to show up here instead of the description? These are requested item surveys that I created:

I've already tried modifying the assessment_list UI page by replacing "description" in line 72 with "name" which is the variable name for the item in maintain items:

but it did not work. Any other ideas?
