Is it possible to move the banner logo on the platform UI?

Move the logo to where? If it's like moving it to the bottom left of your screen, top right of your screen: No, that all is not possible through normal configuration.

yes, i want to move the logo to the bottom left of my screen. 
So i can't modify this CSS field (polaris-header-logo) anywhere in servicenow?

No you cannot as I mentioned.

I'm sorry, maybe I got confused in writing earlier.
I would like to move the logo only further to the left of the screen (not to the bottom left)
