How to move dashboard to another instance including the reports

Hello Team,

I need help, how to move the dashboard together all the reports from one instance to another.

This is the the dashboard I want to move in another instance however after we migrate the update set this is what it looks like on the other envi ( see 1st photo). 

We want other ways except for the manual display of the reports. Thanks!

It is only working for dashboard tabs but the reports which are added to that dashboard are getting deleted when moving the dashboard.

Yes i have same scenario , i follow the above kb and found it dose not copy the reports . any solution for that
