How to move Scoped App from one one instance to another ?

I've created one scoped application which I wants to move in some another instance. One way I got to know is using update sets, so I published my Scoped App as update Set and export it as xml afterwards retrieved this update set into another instance. But couldn't see my scoped application in the new instance. Is there any more steps that needs to be done ?
