How to open knowledge articles from teams

Hi all,

We have integrated Virtual agent and Microsoft Teams.

When Live agent returns any knowledge articles in chat, our client wants them to open them in Teams itself instead of opening Service-Now instance.

Is it feasible i.e., - When clicking on a KB link in the Teams Virtual Agent chatbot, the knowledge article opens within the Teams client.

If anyone has implemented such requirements in your instances, kindly provide the solution.

You can Enable link unfurling,

Link unfurling generates a content-rich preview when a supported link is shared in a conversation with a user in Microsoft Teams.
