I created a field on the Interaction table "Phone Number (u_phone_number) that I would like to pass onto the Catalog Item variable (phone_number). Currently, our Help Desk clicks the "Create Request" button on the Interaction record using the Service Operations Workspace. When they click "Create Request" it allows them to view the service catalog. If a catalog item has the variable "phone_number" and the u_phone_number field on the interaction isn't empty, I would like it to auto-fill that variable for them.
