I am in Agent workspace for HR module and I have requirement to accommodate 3rd party component with in my workspace. I have achieved it through Iframe component with in agent workspace and amending a portal page in it with a custom widget. So far the set up is working with static data but I need to dynamically fetch data on my custom widget based on the case number available in AWS. Kindly suggest how can I achieve it.
