In control form -
I was looking for an requirement where multiple issues need to be generated for each 'no' answered assessment.
For Example, If there are 40 assessment question attested in control and if 10 assessment questions are answered no.
There has to be 10 issues created. Could anyone please suggest how to achieve this.
