I noticed someone mention the ability to copy and paste images directly into HTML based fields in another community thread, but its not working on any browser (IE11, Firefox 42, Chrome 46). Oddly enough, I can paste images in this HTML field in the Community
Is there some settings or configuration you must setup in order to achieve this functionality?
Thanks!

You cannot paste directly into an html field.
you will need to upload the image as an attachments or to the image library.

In the new Geneva Release, it will support direct copy/paste into the HTML field. but other releases before that do not.

Hey Steve, thanks for the quick reply.
I think you might have been able to paste directly into HTML field in previous builds -- Ability to paste screen shots into the Service Request / Incident form
I was able to achieve this by updating the value on the glide.ui.html.editor property, but as others mentioned in the thread, the HTML editor is buggy. Not sure if this will be viable option until Geneva releases, but our end users need to have the ability to paste screenshots into their Incidents.
Today, they simply email their issues and screenshots into ServiceNow, but we're trying to promote out ESS Portal more and more. The ESS Portal won't get used that often if we can't offer simple functionality like copy/pasting images into Incidents.
