How to Populate Catalog Item Variables on Report

Hello ,

 

I have added catalog item variables on report but i am not able to see the records on report .How to fetch the variables data on reports ?

I'm not able to tell from your screenshots if the three records displayed are for the Catalog Item which you added the 5 columns for, so that's the first thing to verify.  Secondly, the columns highlighted in blue don't look the same as when I do this, so let's confirm the steps.  This report is running on the sc_req_item table, and from the Available Columns list you first select Variables [+] at the bottom of the list, then click the expand column icon above the 2 arrows

This results in a pop-up dialog window where you select the Catalog Item, then the Available Columns list shows all of the variables for that Catalog Item and you select the one(s) you want to move to the Selected box.

Did you find the reason why the variables are empty in the report? I am experiencing the same issue. I made sure to add the correct catalog item variables, but the data in these variables is still empty. However, same variables appear to have values when I open the RITM variables tab. Any updates on this issue? Thanks!
