How to populate list view of incidents based on certain criteria based on an indirect field?

There are 5 criteria provided, based on which max 5 incidents needs to be populated. There is a field POD under company field and 7 pods provided.
We need to Select five tickets per pod using criteria 1,2,3,4, and 5.
We need a list view of those incidents when we run it.
How to get the list view of that?

I doubt it can be done via List View to get this use PA and your work will be easy.

In that case you can just put the list on your dashboard and add interactive filters, checking on the incident.company.pod field.
