Dear all,
I finisehd the Language Translation in ServiceNow using Microsoft Azure Translation Service part for my incident:
But it doesn't work on my portal:
How to put dynamic translator on portal and how to configure the default language for each user (If the user is from Spain, it will be translated to Spanish by default)ļ¼

You need to apply the attribute to the "comments" field as that's what's represented in the portal,

To enable dynamic translation on Activity Stream System Property 'glide.dynamic.translation.enable.activity_stream' should be set true. Also, default language in which text is translated from Activity Stream is User's Preferred Language which can be set in User Profile.

Are you able to set dynamic translator in portal? I also need this information to set dynamic translator in portal on incident activity stream

You also need to add the table(s) to this property: sn.dt.activity_stream.allow_list
