How to put popup message on home screen?

Hi All,

I am working on the home page of the ServiceNow instance whenever the user log-in.

The requirement is to add a popup message or small content box having "Hi, Mayur Welcome to instance".

I have used client scripts to pop up the message but it is not coming on the homepage.

This is my homepage URL:- https://devXXXX.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/%24pa_dashboard.do

Can you guide me through this?
