Hi Allison,
I am working on the Fundamentals class as well. I did read that if the Simulator is finalized or closed, it could not be reactivated. Also, there is a message on my simulator screen that it will expire on Feb. 20. I started the courses on Feb. 6th. So, it looks like the simulator is only available for 2 weeks. I completed courses 1-12 and am working on the Additional Content and am so afraid that I will accidentally close it. I have a problem in that the Forms course, although I completed it, it only shows 75% complete. I opened a case for it but not sure I will get help before my simulator instance expires.

Just wanted to mention that the problem that I had with the Forms course not showing as complete was resolved by the Now Learning Team. Grateful for that!

thanks for sharing. how did you contact Now learning team? i completed entire fundamental course & its still showing in progress 98% .
Please advise
