There is a requirement to sync photo from AD to ServiceNow User profiles. Users are getting synced in our instance via SailPoint so there is no LDAP configured and SailPoint doesn't store photos. So we need to find a way to get photo from AD to be synced with ServiceNow profiles.
We also see that some of the photo in user's 'live feed' profiles are getting synced but we are not sure how this is happening. If someone can explain the functionality of this it would be helpful, if we can get this working for all users I can then map the same to the ServiceNow profile.
The requirement is to sync the photo in AD with ServiceNow.

Hi,
please follow carefully the solution provided to the following article, I've just did it internally for a project, it works fine:
Importing photos from Active Directory (AD) into ServiceNow using an LDAP Import
If I have answered your question, please mark my response as correct and/or helpful so that others with the same question in the future can find it quickly and that it gets removed from the Unanswered list.
Thank you
Cheers
Alberto

Hi Alberto,
Thanks for the reply, but I've gone through this URL already. As described we have SailPoint in bringing the users into ServiceNow. As per the details in URL you have provided it's basically a modification of LDAP import.
So do you suggest in creating a LDAP in our environment apart from SailPoint, does it creates duplicate? we may need to modify the OOB LDAP import set in order to restrict duplicate profiles creation.

Hi Vineeth,
Did you ever figured out how to implement this? We also use Sailpoint.
