Hi,
In the right top corner, there is an icon that looks like =. Click that and select Help. Under that is an option "Create a Support Case". I filled that out and submitted it.
I hope you get your issue cleared up.
Thanks,
Sherri

Hello Everyone,
Even I have accidentally terminated Simulator Instance during my nowlearning but it's OK you can continue. I am able to complete the course without any problem.
Course 12-15, I found theory based though there are some tasks to be done in simulator for course 12-13 but if you get the concept. You will be able to complete the course.
My best wishes with you all.. Just Continue with the course.
If you find helpful please mark it useful or accept as solution so that others can be benefited from the answer or solutions.
Thanks and Regards,
Abhijit K

Yep. I'm also facing the same issue; from the simulator-- I accidently clicked on "Submit" rather than the "Next" button and now it shows 92% complete with a "Pass". Hopefully the ServiceNow team can help resolved this for me.
Thank you very much,
Elvis
