How to reactivate an accidentally terminated Simulator Instance on Now Learning? (ServiceNow Fundamentals Course)

I've been working on the ServiceNow Fundamentals course on Now Learning. I completed all of the mandatory lessons (1-12), but I had not yet validated the final task in the course, as I wanted to retain access to the Simulator Instance so I could complete the Additional Content for System Administrators and Developers. When I logged in to Now Learning today I found that the final task had been validated, and my Simulator Instance was terminated. Now I am unable to complete the Additional Content, as I have no Simulator Instance to work in. I don't remember validating the final task, but it's possible that I accidentally clicked on it without realizing. Is there any way that my Simulator Instance can be reactivated so I can complete the Additional Fundamentals Content?

Thanks for reading.

Same for me as well. I was working through the Additional Fundamentals section and when I came back this morning, it said it paused over night and then showed 100% on the simulator and closed it. I didn't submit anything. Now I'm stuck with 70% of the remaining additional fundamentals without a simulator...no bueno.

Sure, I can read through the rest of the course, but the simulator was immensely helpful in putting things into practice.

if you  are finished with all basic fundamental items. then you can request developer incident. and practice there. once you complete all topics you can create a support case with serviceNow team AND they can review your progress and set it to completion.
