How to refresh or reset a plugin without having to have a full Instance reset

Hoping for some guidance

I am a beginner and working on a solution for Human Resources, using the Human Resources plugins. As I go along I know I am making mistakes and its to late to "undo these" and was wondering if there was a way to "uninstall / reset" that specific Plugin without requesting a Full Instance Reset

Thanks in anticipation

As I learn the hard way and progress I should not need to do this I know

Once the plugin is activated you cannot deactivate it. Please find the below link for more info.

I suppose I need to detail document note any changes that I make going forward which I suppose in its own right is a best practice exercise
