How to relate a Catalog Item to a Service Offering

I'm pretty sure I did this when messing around last year but now for the life of me I can't find what I need.

I'm sure somewhere you can map a Service Offering to a Catalog item. Pretty sure it was via a related list somewhere.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've spent the last couple of hours browsing around and I've drawn a blank. Can't even find any ServiceNow doco that tells you about it!

Many thanks in advance.

Sussed this out eventually..  It's part of the Service Portfolio Management plugin that's available if you've got an ITSM licence.

What was the solution?

I've lost it again. Got a new install and can't find it..  even with the afore mentioned module in place. Somewhat miffed I can assure you!

What I've discovered is that you can associate a catalog item to a service offering by adding it to the "Items orderable by subscribers" related list on the Service Offering.  Then, when that item is ordered from the catalog, both the service and service offering reference fields on the RITM are populated accordingly!

Hello Brian,
Could you please let me know, is this functionality of populating both the service and service offering reference fields on the RITM is OOB (part of ITSM plugin) or it requires Service Portfolio Management plugin?
