I'm pretty sure I did this when messing around last year but now for the life of me I can't find what I need.
I'm sure somewhere you can map a Service Offering to a Catalog item. Pretty sure it was via a related list somewhere.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've spent the last couple of hours browsing around and I've drawn a blank. Can't even find any ServiceNow doco that tells you about it!
Many thanks in advance.

Sussed this out eventually.. It's part of the Service Portfolio Management plugin that's available if you've got an ITSM licence.

I have seen where a reference field was created on the catalog item table (sc_cat_item), this field held the related service offering.

Was that a manual thing? EG someone added that field themselves? Not an OOTB solution?

Not really what I was after but a good alternative solution. Thanks.
