I'm pretty sure I did this when messing around last year but now for the life of me I can't find what I need.
I'm sure somewhere you can map a Service Offering to a Catalog item. Pretty sure it was via a related list somewhere.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've spent the last couple of hours browsing around and I've drawn a blank. Can't even find any ServiceNow doco that tells you about it!
Many thanks in advance.

Sussed this out eventually.. It's part of the Service Portfolio Management plugin that's available if you've got an ITSM licence.

This also allows you to see the catalog items associated with an offering, in DPM. Without doing this they don't appear. For those playing with DPM.

I don't believe this is true, there can be multiple SO mapped to one catalog item and then the RITM Service/SO cannot be populated correctly.
If it works like that for you, it must have been some customization/

I hope this helps someone! I found that my default view settings on these forms were set to "Service Portfolio" instead of default. you do lose some options with this view change, but you could always make one that shows everything you need.
Once you change your view you now should see "Items Orderable by subscribers". From there you can either create a brand-new catalog Item or link existing ones.
