How to remove annotations from a form in a Workspace

In a Workspace in ServiceNow, I'm wanting to remove the below annotation for change records:

However, I'm not sure where this is configured. I'm just wondering if anyone know how to remove annotations from a Workspace.

Hi @matthew_hughes ,

1. Take a unique keyword or phrase from the message, such as “Conflict Justification.”

2. Open Code Search under Studio and search for that keyword or phrase.

3. If the message was added as an info message by a script, the search results should help identify the script name responsible for generating the message.

Also review the Workspace view for the Change Request and verify which fields have been added or configured there.
