How to remove Create Incident button

Hi,

 

if I go to kb_knowledge table and then i click on a published article, then i can on the View Article UI Action. Im being redirect to a new view and I see Create Incident on the right corner, how can I remove this button

try to set the following property to false:

glide.knowman.create_incident_link.display

Perform below action: 

 

Navigate to All > sys_properties.LIST > Search for 'glide.knowman.create_incident_link.display' > Change value from True to 'False' as per below snapshot:
