How to remove default filter from task_ci table (Affected CI related list) on change form?

Hi, 

On change request form, We have Affected CIs related list. Which contain default filter "Configuration Item Class !=  Application Service" highlighted in yellow color. How can I remove this filter?

Click on Filter, Remove your conditions and click on "set as Default filter", Then refresh your page.
