How to remove HTML tag from portal for description field on Employee center portal

Hi,

We have configured My request filter for custom table and that table has html field. But when I open the request in portal then it is showing me html tags.

could you please help me to resolve this issue?

-Go to the Employee Center portal in ServiceNow

-Navigate to the Description field of the portal

-In the HTML editor, click the HTML button to view the HTML code

-Delete the HTML tags from the code -Click the Update button to save the changes.
