There are more than one response SLAs on a RITM. That needs to come down to one response and one resolution SLA. How to do that?

Hi @Mouktik_B
Ho to SLA Related Tab.
- See the SLA definition
- Go to SLA --> Definition in Navigation bar
- Check the start condition and if SLA is not required mark as active false
This example is of Incident table.

Hi @Mouktik_B ,
I think the question should be, why is there more than one response SLA and one resolution SLA triggered? Are all of them completed when RITM is closed/Completed? Have you verified from SLA definitions to see what actually triggers and why?
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
best regards
Anders

How to stop the other response SLAs from getting triggered?

Atul: Once RITM is get closed SLA also get completed so please check the stop condition.
How to stop the other response SLAs from getting triggered?
Atul: Please check the reset condition in SLA , the SLA get start or attached again if the condition is matched , also have look all the RITM SLA definition , that is the only way to see.
We can connect 1-1 if required.
