How to remove "Link to Incident" button from Similar Incidents

Hi;
On an Incident record, when you select Similar Incidents from the Related Search:

and select a similar Incident, there is a button for "Link to Incident". How can I remove that?

We want to keep it though. Just not display the button. Thx
