04-14-2025: My Developer Yokohoma instance is not showing default Service Operations Workplace

Hi All,

 

My SNOW PDI [Yokohama] version is not showing Service Operations Workplace screen, which was working earlier.

Currently, it is showing App Engine Studio.

 

Could you please suggest, how can I access all the Application/Modules?

Go to developer.servicenow.com.

Log in.

Click on your profile.

On the left side, open the instance option.

Click on "Change user to Admin."

Save it.

Log out and log back into the instance.

Very helpful response - thank you! I wanted to add a special case I was seeing in case someone else has my issue.

I was having this issue, where my PDI was defaulting to AES, even though my user role was set to Admin by default when I received my PDI. Changing the user role to App Engine Studio Creator, saving, then setting it back to Admin, saving and logging out and back in solved the issue for me.
