how to remove role inheritance when no linkage in inheritance map

I have removed a group which has itil role of an user. However, the inherited itil role still exists in the user's role.

When I click into the inheritance map, there is no linkage of the role and user. Is there any way I can remove the role from the user in such case?

When role inheritance gets broken like that, I would

-Remove user from all groups

-Delete all orphaned roles

-Add user to groups again.

Actually user is not part of that group but having role of that group where as no linkage is shown on inherited map.
