Whenever I send a report in PDF format, it adds lines like title, execution date, run as, table name, query. How to remove those? I figured out how to modify the footer and header, but what about those information first few lines, how to edit/remove those?

It looks like you can remove the 'details' from the Export Settings page.
It would be great if those could be edited instead though. Anyone any word on that?

What does oob stand for?
Have there been any fixes in the PDF Reports where we can remove the information in the screenshot?
Are there further developments where we can further customize the PDF Reports so they are not so long?
Thank you, Kathryn

oob = out of the box
The selected answer provides the location where you can remove the information in the screenshot
If your pdf reports are too long, you can modify your query to reduce the number of rows. It has been a while and many changes have been doing until Jakarta, but afaik you cannot specify a max number of rows. Though, there might be a property for this. Cannot help you with that other than changing your query.
