How to remove the signature in Inbound reply message?

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to capture only the content of the email body not with any signature.

Please see the below screenshot

In the above the actual comment is "Dev team non production testing please ignore if you get any emails wrongly" .I want to capture this only not the below parts in the screen shot.How to get this?

Hi Megha,

Actually as per your suggestion that will discard everything after the given string in the email properties.So, for all incidents the same thing will follow.

But our requirement is to discard the signature field for a particular group when the commented notification send to the user for security purpose .

For example the above content is the email sent to the user.Which contains signature.So,the end user can see the user name.We want prevent that by discard the signature in the email only not in the activities.

That's why we cannot use your suggestion here.

Is there any way to achieve this?
