How to removed additional text in hint in cmdb_ci_business_app table

If the form is new than text hint which I used is working properly but after saving the form than it is displaying some additional text in the hint.

Hint Text - Select if the SaaS, PaaS or Hybrid application vendor whitelists ABC IP Addresses.

After form saved showing this text at starting - Mandatory – Preloaded with Saved Data. Select if the SaaS, PaaS or Hybrid application vendor whitelists ABC IP Addresses.

Need to remove from Mandatory to Saved Data.
